It's been a loooooong day

Up at 5:30 to start our final camping adventure of the year with TWW and DDLC + fams.

Drive through torrential rain with zero visibility for what felt like 3 days.

Arrive at camp site, put up TWWs tent in torrential rain.

Rain stops put up my tent.

Off to DDLCs parents for BBQ and dip of delight and make nuisance of ourselves.

Pop back to campsite for TWW to reverse into my car.

I wouldn't mind but it was broad daylight and it's a great big black monster of a car!!!!!

Anyhoo. Off to Margate to spend ourmillions coppers on the slots.

Back to tent to drink Baileys ( a well known camping sleeping aid).

Bed.

I am soooooooooo very tired.
