All good things.....

...... come to an end, and we had to leave Inverie today and head for home.

This is taken from the ferry. The statue on the left is Our Lady of Loch Nevis. The little boat on the right is a second ferry as the route was busy today. This weekend is the celebration of fifteen years of community ownership of the Knoydart estate. The tiny white dots at the foot of the mountain in the centre are the houses in Inverie. Go large to see them.

What a setting!

But, as ever, it is good to be home.
