boats, lorries and the Ochils

I wandered along the Water of Leith between Dean Bridge and Stockbridge and made some really interesting blips - no goosanders or merganzers though, but a pair of very contented-looking mallards among views of rushing water, log jams, an abandoned football. I was pleased with my collection. But then, the bus home turned towards Dalmeny and I saw the Ochils - and I knew resistance was futile.
