"Nobody's Got A Nose Like This"

Once I'd got my Homestead colour-coded plan and Stat Dec wording off I went for a little walk down the field. The velvet mite is lurking near my moth eggs and the ivy is coming into bloom attracting all manner of bugs.

This is a scentless plant bug, strange that it should have such a long nose (proboscis). It's trying to hide the fact with one of its 'arms.' :)

Reminded me of the Derek Griffiths' song, Proboscis Monkeys We, from his Heads And Tails album. My children used to love his singing and guitar playing. My son gave him great respect as he flew a classic Stampe.
