Moonlit Blip the Blipper

Since we can't do much of any night-time shooting in Alaska, so since we were vacationing at a more southern latitude, we went for a moonlit photo expedition. We used Dogwoodpuddle's cheapo yet adequate tripod to shoot after 10:00 PM via half-moon lighting. Calico wanted to capture the spotting tower with the moon in the background. That left me with a 30 second exposure moonlit blip of Doodwoodpuddle slaying a long abandoned sand sculpture of a lizard. You can see lens flare from the moon outside the field of view. Rehobeth Beach boardwalk lights are in the far background on the left. Outside the field of view over the shooters left shoulder across the Delaware bay in New Jersey are the lights of Cape May and Wildwood which happen to be the current vacation haunts of Benek and Bluesheep.
