Promising?

The only real light in a very cloudy day appeared behind the cathedral as we went across the quarry late this afternoon. It was a relief to be able to go back to bed after our early trip into the garden and we eventually went for a walk in the mizzle. Apart from two walks it has been a Saturday of getting jobs done: hoovering - with Bailey shut out in the garden; a mammoth pile of ironing; a food shop and possibly a bit of a lie down this afternoon. We're due some sunshine tomorrow so it'll be a case of getting the school work done early and enjoying some proper daylight.
