4 demijohns, all slightly different.
One is predominantly the crab apples.
One is the rest of the liffers harvest.
One has a lot of pears in.
Whilst one has got some cherries marinating at the bottom.

Only time will tell.

Mixture of cider and champagne yeast is developing in some sugary water. And that will be added to all 4 tomorrow.
