sun on the stairs

As has become a Sunday ritual, it was lunch and drinks in the Hanging Bat today, joined by Sam's colleague Andy, and his missus, Hannah. Sam's dad and my mate Will also popped in with tales of their respective long haul trips.

Dexter finished his antibiotics today. It's sooooo liberating. Now I can feed him when he wants fed, can leave the house whenever we like, don't have to plan everything round them. I'm so grateful that we have a relatively healthy baby who only needs 6 days of penicillin, rather than years of various meds.

Didn't get our usual curry last night - in fact no dinner at all until we got in at 11, so just stuffed ourselves tonight instead while watching the football on the telly.
