Memory This

I'm back to beach walking in the morning. There was a large enthusiastic volleyball tournament just beginning, and these umbrellas may have had something to do with the festivities, since they are not normally there. This image reminds me of an old photo I have of Miami Beach in the late 50s--I was there on vacation with my parents and everything was so new and exotic: palm trees, hotels, swimming pools by the ocean! I think what I like most about the current photo is that it looks like it fell in the water and then got dried off in the sun.
