The Outernet Day 2

After our brief excursion into the Outernet this past Friday. I took the weekend to recover and prepare myself for the perils that lay when I go further into the outernet.

I stepped outside and to my surprise, I actually moved my head up and encountered this very bright light. It hurt my eyes, as my eyes are only used to the glow from the computer screen.

What is this mystical ball of light and why is it here?

I shall look into this when I return to the outernet once again.
