Dive Bombing

We call these birds Willy Wagtails and they're quite small. This one was obviously fiercely protecting a nest because firstly it whirred around my head making a loud chchch warning sound.

I of course started waving my arms around to scare it off and it immediately hovered lower down and went for the dog!! Well Toto wasnt too sure what to do but he made a lunge at it and of course it flew off and we both looked pleased with each other for shooing off the nasty little bird.

As we walked off it came back behind us and did a repeat performance!! We left the scene pretty quickly after that!! :0) Here's a couple doing what I would like to do to the crows on the roof!@!!! ;0)
