In between dinner with a friend, doing homework, and Kyle coming over later in the evening for the weekend, I watched the Olympic opening ceremony. The athletes are amazing! Watching them definitely motivates me to keep working out. It also makes me a bit nostalgic for the Deaflympics. I should have tried out again a couple years ago. Oh well. At the 2010 Winter Olympics, I'm cheering for Nancy Swider-Pelz Jr., a first-time Olympic speedskater and a friend of the family.
