Simple things in life

Bike to work this morning and almost got taken out by a young seagull. He decided to take off and fly right in front of my front wheel. Luckily we both managed to take enough corrective action to mean he only brushed his wing over the spokes.
Nice ride home with IT as he came my way back for a while.
Had a phone call to say that my bottle of the new Cutter Anconc whisky was in for me to collect. Today is also the launch of a very limited release of Ardbeg to celebrate the cask they sent into space returning. So queued up at Royal Mile Whisky to get a bottle. Think this one will be an investment. Surprising how something made from just 3 simple things can taste so good.
