Roadtrip: Day 2

West Virginia > Ohio > Kentucky

We got up pretty early and headed back onto the road. First stop was Hillbilly Hot Dogs in West Virginia. It was a great place with a Hillbilly Honky Tonk Stage in the parking lot, a bathtub table inside and a wooden deck area out back where we sat. Josh decided to take on the food challenge of finishing a 15 inch hot dog in 12 minutes. The waiter looked terrified for him. And he was right, it was huge. Josh didn't finish, but he did give it a bloody good go!

Back on the road and 1 and a half hours later I took them all to a diner. It was one of the only proper original diners I could find online. Unfortunately we were all still ridiculously full, especially Josh, so we just had a drink.

Accommodation for the night was the wigwams above. I found these online and couldn't resist, one of the only original wigwam villages left in the States. It was perfect and so much bigger inside than they looked.
