Teacake

More discussions at work about the referendum. CAn't wait till the end of next week and it to all be over.
Came home after working a bit late to get some stuff done. J had given blood at work and bought me back a Tunnocks Teacake as her treat.
Had some food and then went to the dove club for a swim. Didn't really want to but felt much better for it afterwards.
