Chicken Pot Pie

The chicken stewed in
the crockpot all day
on Saturday
It chilled overnight
so I could remove the
meat and discard the
bones and skin
I skimmed the fat off
piled in veggies of
every colour
thickened the broth
and added biscuit dough
for the last half hour
Yum!
