Pruning

The weather was good today so the GOG and I did some work in the garden, well it was mainly the GOG, I spent some time holding ladders, fetching coffee and watching.

Dougal and Florence were outside with us and several times Dougal sat by the front door asking to be let in, once inside, he walked straight out of the back door, which was open and came back round to the front. Here he can be seen watching the GOG tidy up and prune back the honeysuckle while he waited to be let in again. The honeysuckle had become overgrown, but had been left as, in the past, a Blackcap had made its nest in it; some of the tendrils were so long and were waving about in front of the upstairs window where I work.
