More yellow needed!

Yesterday I made the rash statement that tomorrow (i.e. today) would be a better day ... and so it was, right up to the point the washing machine failed. It could be worse, the washing baskets are near empty and everything we need for next week's trip to Barcelona is already washed and dried. It's also pretty clear that the motor is kaput and as it needs a new door interlock too, the cost of the parts and the age of the machine mean it's a simple decision to replace it rather than go for a repair.

So - more cheer-up-yellow! This is a courgette flower which does not look like making it into a fruit, the fade to out of focus just about sums up the last two days. I had been taking some product shots for a Christmas quilting course Gill is organising so I've just re-used the backdrop and flash. At least the product shots look something like I was intending ;-)
