Corporation Park

A lovely day spent with family today. As part of the Blackburn Heritage Festival the old conservatory in Corporation Park in Blackburn was open, so we went for a visit. When I was a kid the place was open all the time and you could just wander in, but then vandals put a stop to that and it has deteriorated over the years, which is a real shame. Still, visiting there today really did take me back to my childhood... although of course it felt a lot smaller than it did back then.
