The end of the world is nigh

Got into work early today as J went to London. Boring day of data entry trying to get the evidence to reduce some of the work the guys have to do.

Came home and went out for a run. Managed 10K but right calf is now letting me know about it. Will have to go and see the mistress of pain again soon to get it sorted out.

Found out that the sellers have decided to put the flat back on the market as we are taking so long. Can't blame them, surprised it took this long. Just waiting for the last few bits for the mortgage and we will be there. Hopefully by the end of the week. We can then do the missives and get the flat back off the market.

J texted to say she was going out for a few drinks after work when she landed. We were planning on going for a swim at the dive club but with my leg not sure if I would be able.

Popped out in the fog to take a pic. This innocuous building is my local poling station for tomorrows Neverendum. Can't wait till Friday to find out the result and get back on with life one way or the other. I have my view on things but regardless of that I just hope people go out and vote so we can get a decision without people moaning they didn't choose.

Heard that a few pubs in Edinburgh have been granted a late licence to stay open all night to get the result. Can't believe someone thought that a tense political environment with greatly differing and passionate opinions mixed with alcohol would be a good idea.
