A New Vision?

Dundee voted YES for Independence so I think the spirits of my ancestors are happy.

Does it mean a new vision/ a shift in perspective as the earthquake tremors have shifted to Westminster? I hope so, but I'm sure there will be protracted and complex arguments with resistance by vested interests before we see change.
