Lead Neptune

Today we took the train to Bristol for the annual meeting of Triodos Bank - the sustainable/ethical bank. The meeting was very interesting, with lots of exciting stuff going on, and while they are still a bank that tries to make money, it does give you a feeling that they make money by lending to business that you think should have loans and on fair terms.

At lunch time we left the meeting to forage for our own food - we didn't like the rabbit food that was on offer and we wanted some fresh air. Today's back-blip is a lead coated statue of Neptune that was in a square in Bristol. You would have thought lead wasn't a good material for a sea god,  it seems a bit likely to make him sink...
