Look at my beak

We had four female pheasants in the garden this morning and Ken too. I think this one may be one of this years young as it was nt very confident and flew off if it spotted any movement. I had nt realised that the bottom of their beak was shorter than the top must be something to do with helping them to eat seeds.

A lovely day, the greyness has gone. I spent most of the day painting the lounge walls, they needed freshening up and we fancied a change. Not too sure on the colour though so will see what they look like in the morning when it's dried.
