The Owl & The Pussycats

Getting home late after the brilliant bousuki evening we found this lot outside. We also saw a dwarf owl sitting right next to us on the terrace but I couldn't get a shot off in time for a Blipworthy frame. So you get the pussycats.

This mummy cat is one of many hundreds of wild/feral cats that occupy the island. There used to be a rugular neutering program until some poisonous idiots spread vicious lies about it and got the mayor to stop the program, .....that had taken years to get the locals to accept/support. Consequntly, kittens galore at the moment, which will probably mean a cruel* and unsanctioned cull, once the tourists are gone.

*poison laid in the streets which kills indescrimently, many pets are also lost this way.
