An Icy Morning (literally!)

A few moments ago I backblipped yesterday's entry and wrote about the cold weather that suddenly put an end to the late summer we had been enjoying.
That continued last night and this morning we awoke to an even frostier garden, and a substantial layer of ice on the water butt. However, like yesterday the sun continued to shine. I liked the crystal patterns on this ice and the way the honeysuckle was both reflected in the ice and had partially covered the ice with fallen leaves.
This evening I watched a great film at film studio in Härnösand - The Lunchbox - and then came home to the news that Edward Snowden has won the Right Livelihood Prize, sometimes called the alternative Nobel prize. All-in-all a good evening!
