Funny Melbourne weather, something you could never predict, Yesterdays perfect hot weather, yes I got burnt yesterday has suddenly changed to cold and threatening to rain.
With a picnic in the park planned and three excited girls waiting to rumble with their friends, cancelling was never an option. Dressed for four seasons with a picnic lunch packed full of goodies we set off to meet the other crazy people also braving it today.
Would you believe around the corner the clouds lifted and the sun shone and we got a wonderful day.
Us mums gossiped, and laughed and ate,
the kids ran, painted nails and did monkey bars
the boys paired off playing footy
the girls separated into age groups littlies aka cheeky ones
middle onse aka independent ones
and oldies aka the girly ones
they did there own thing it was funny having to watch the different little gangs.
we did manage to round them all up for a group photo well almost everyone a few stubborn ones wouldn't participate including my two young ones. ahh well
