Mr. Stork

I love living in Florida. I was getting into my car after a doctor's appointment, when I spied this Wood Stork along with a Heron wading in this little pond. Wood Storks stand about three feet tall with a wing span of five feet. They also have a bald head. The WoodStork was just classified as a threatened species by the US Fish and Wildlife Service this summer. With such good looks, we should be over run with Storks! Feeling blessed that I live in an area with plentiful wildlife.
