Greyfriars' Kirkyard

The mausoleum of Bayne of Pitcairlie (1685). He's dropped his beerbottle, by the looks of things.
This is in the Greyfriars' Kirkyard, where I went for a brief blipwander on the way back from the Anti-Fascist rally and march that was held today in Edinburgh in opposition to a planned march by the boneheads of the "SDL". Meles came to the rally, and I took a few photos on the march, but nothing as good as the montage byAcronymphomania!

Quite a bit of dodging and burning and general mucking about with this pic, because of impossible shadows. I could have gone all HDR on its ass, but didn't have an Acronymph' style gorillapod ;)
