an early morning dip

A friend's son looking out for his Mother who was swimming across Lake Windermere very early this morning. As was my daughter and my friend who since she had come over from Switzerland was being heralded as an 'international swimmer' within the race, much to her delight!

Another crazy week with more visitors staying - as lovely as they all are and as much as I wouldn't want it any other way...I do now need to sit still and not speak to anyone for about a month!
