Life of a bubble maker

Calm waters of Lachaline

Woke up this morning after a good nights sleep to a dull and damp morning. At least the wind had died down and the waters were calmer.
Rope off at 9am today so a more leisurely start as all the kit was already on the boat.
First dive was the Shuna. Nice cargo ship that sits upright on the bottom in about 30m of water. Top is at around 18m. Collected MS on the way down as her buddy was having ear problems. Managed to get the entire wreck done including dropping to the seabed to see the prop and rudder. Still very slitty on the wreck but nice to have a little poke inside her as well.
Second dive was either the Thesis or a scallop dive. J and me decided to go scalloping. Had a great dive with good viz and loads of other life. Crabs, squat lobsters, sun starfish and a small ribbon eel at the end. Ascent was difficult as I was carrying our haul of scallops while J did the reel. 16Kg in total.
Back to the slip for a quick unload and head home. Dropped the dive kit off in the new man cave before unloading the rest of the car.
Now just got the scallops to shuck before going to bed. At present they are in the sink trying to snap J as she is videoing them.
