Tavistock in Wonderland

In Tavistock!

Had a lovely school visit today - that is Woolly Worm and I did - performing worm poems and others at an infant school in Tavistock. Then I led writing workshops with different classes. All great fun!

On the way home I spotted this weather vane. Thought it would make a nice addition to my occasional series of such things. It looks like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. Not sure what he was doing on this roof top, nor what the building is, but I'm pretty sure he's late!

EDIT to add that the building, I discover, is The Bedford Hotel.
