Snatch Block

This is an old wooden snatch block that Bruce next door dropped off for me to take some photo's of,as it is quite different. This has wire rope which has frapping line secured around it. I have never seen one of these and may even be home made. These are used for moving heavy loads and if you put more snatch blocks in line you can get some very good mechanical advantage.
