Just a blip

Today's picture has very little to do with my day. It is just a house, outside of which was parked the car club car I borrowed to take props down to rehearsal this afternoon. As I'm sure you can imagine it shouted, "hello, I'm your blip!" So here it is.

Lovely, busy, tiring day. Started much more nicely than yesterday after a very relaxing evening and a good night's sleep for all. Went swimming which turned into a bit of an adventure after arriving at our usual pool to find the water was 6 degrees below body temperature. Back on the bus and off to a new pool which turned out great as it had a very shallow, very warm pool. I think a long weekend of pool activity has had a beneficial effect on Anna as she got in and started swimming. This is a huge leap for someone who has vehemently refused to go to swimming lessons. As always with Anna, it's a case of in her own time. Would serve us well to remember this in the future!

Home for lunch and then off for an extended rehearsal for me. Incredibly productive and very tiring. Am now officially pooped and heading for an early night. Back to school in the morning.
