St Mary's Churchyard, Stony Stratford

This tiny churchyard is tucked away behind the High Street in Stony Stratford. All that remains of St Mary's Church is the tower (the reminder was destroyed in a fire during the 18th Century).

The buildings around the churchyard combined with mature trees means that very little light penetrates. The early afternoon sunlight was highlighting just a few of the tombstones.
