I'm no Martha, Richard, Nancy, Chetna etc but I do like a bit of baking.
This is all that's left of my Sunday bake - it is Mary Berry's Spiced Dorset Apple Tray-bake (as detailed in Good Housekeeping this month).

Moderate day at work, followed by our regular Team Wednesday meal out, this month we went to Loch Fyne (Wokingham branch), after 3 courses - now full-up! Lovely evening, 6 of us this month, next month planned for a newly opened Camberley restaurant.
