Food Festival time again!

Spent the day at the Stone Food Festival with friends. We first visited the great farmers' market which is always held on the first Saturday of the month and then went to the festival itself. Lots of tasting, testing and demonstrations. The fridge and freezer is now full of lovely food.

The massive paella shot is the staff from a local restaurant who serve great Spanish food!

Not much time to rest up as we were all off to see War Horse at The Regent in Hanley. We'd booked the tickets over 10 months ago - it didn't disappoint. I've read the book and seen the film, so knew the story, but it's the stage production which was so impressive.
