Notre Dame--A Special View!

I took this shot of Notre Dame cathedral in Paris from the 3rd floor (4th in the US) of Shakespeare & Co., a long-established English-language bookstore in Paris.
I was there for a personal appointment, and jumped at the opportunity for a view that you won't precisely find in the typical guidebook.  A city bus and a Daimler Smart car are neck and neck in the foreground--representing two different strategies to deal with Paris traffic.  The crowds on the bridge and in front are very modest compared to the summer.
