Out of control

I wish this Climate Control company could take some control of our climate; as you can see from the buildings opposite, the sun was shining brightly when this photo was taken, but the wet road and heavy sky reveals that, only moments beforehand, the skies had opened and a very heavy downpour combined with blustery wind had soaked anyone unfortunate enough to be out walking at that point.

Fortunately I remained dry.
