Sunrise on Lake Michigan

Yesterday mornings' sunrise was "spectacular", per Tom, who had gotten up way before I did! So this morning I got up early & went to take some pictures of the sunrise from the bluff. Thank goodness I wore my heavy jacket, as it was only 40 degrees--I brought gloves too, which I needed within the first 3 minutes I was standing there. But it was worth it! The sun came up in a big red ball, & at the same time there was a ship that was coming in, & it crossed right in front of the sun & made a great silhouette! As the sun slowly rose, it went up behind the bank of clouds, sending out some beautiful rays, & finally came back out above them! Hope everyone has an amazing weekend! :)
