Autumn colours from the window

A day of sunshine and showers which of course means raindows. I looked out of the office window and was admiring the reflections on the other side of the Firth when this rainbow appeared. You can just about see it.The Autumn colours are starting to develop.
The church spire seen is the old Church of Scotland. Unfortunately it is riddled in dry rot and there's trouble with the foundations so no longer in use.

The water was so calm and I could see a skiff being rowed just off of Ardersier. A yacht
with blue sail was drifting past. Plenty of gulls were having an evening feed. A dramatic cloud was lit up by the sinking sun.

Just listening to Simon and Garfunkel singing one of my favourite songs, The sound of silence
