Holding on...

...to what's important: sometimes you need a bit of assistance to do so. A lot of that for me has come from being involved in the WWF Natural Change project, which I've talked about on here before (and no doubt will again!!).

Today was the "a year later" evaluation day - with lots of really insightful and powerful discussions with my fellow participants and the facilitators.
