The Hazyland Boys meet Kassidy / Hero's mum

The morning was spent packing up and travelling to Derbyshire...
A long drive through the rain. We stopped on the way and bought coffee. I was being brave and ordered a Pumpkin Spicy Latte from Starbucks. The first mouthful was fantastic. It was so good... and then it just got toooo sweet and really yukky. I ended up throwing most of it in the bin.

We had arranged a blip meet with Karen (TaTs the contended woman) and her beautiful little Kassidy at 2 pm and we arrived to our destination just in time. Karen had found a great place for us to walk - Fradley Junction. It was such a lovely place and the dogs could run off leads together.

The Hazyland Boys, Helle's 2 girls Jazz and Doggie and Kassidy all got along so well. Hero looooved Kassidy - but he loves most girls ;-).

After the walk, we had coffee and a beautiful carrot cake in a Canalside Cafe and then it was time to say goodbye. Thanks for meeting us Karen :-)

Next stop for Helle and I was at the Travelodge, where we unpacked the car before driving another 20 mins to visit Hero and Jazz' breeders Bob and Alison. We spent the rest of the evening cuddling Hero's mum, who is also named Jazz.

So my blip for today is a collage - the top pictures are from our blip meet with Karen and Kassidy and the bottom pictures are of me with Hero's lovely mum Jazz. She is a granddaughter to my old boy Robbie.

We have about ½ mins to walk from the hotel to the canal, so we took the dogs for an evening walk along the canal and now it is bedtime for both me and the boys.

See you tomorrow.
