Very dismal day not much to inspire me after such a fab weekend in London!

Dinner tonight is peppered mackerel, spiced couscous stuffed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and diced sautéed potatoes.......I thought the underside of the mushrooms were quite interesting close up.
