Dealing with these drunks can be extremely dangerous as they have no care in the world and can become violent like turning on a light. In the Ambulance service if you picked up an intoxicated person the code was ETOH which is part of the formula for Alcohol and if they fell over that was a different term called PFO and we dealt with many of these at a Wallabies Vs All Blacks match in Dunedin one year, mostly Uni Students.
