October word challenge; colour

Well here’s a bit of luck. I’m looking at this image on my computer and Anniemay leans over my shoulder; “oh, you’re doing the colour challenge…” I am now.

This leaf has been beckoning me for the past few days - it’s just so red and yet I’ve never got round to blipping it until this morning.

I don't fiddle with it, apart from applying a vignette. This is what I saw, straight out of the camera. The good old Olympus Jpeg engine did the rest.
