Light on shutters

Shutters seem such a sensible idea. They keep the light out and provide some insulation and protection. The only thing I do not like about them is not waking up to natural light. The sun has shone today but it has been a day of jobs. I have completed my prison visitor application but it will take months to go through French administration and it may be a problem not being a French national. We shall see.
