The fish market

Drove into Lagos today so we could do a little exploring, buy a few small gifts and have a leisurely lunch.

Managed to achieve all three of our tasks for the day, including a visit to a church with an extremely baroque interior and a nice wee museum as well. However no chance of a blip of the interior as photography was forbidden inside the church. The church was the one featured in my blip on 11th October.

During our meandering we came across the fish market and decided to take a look round. The market had a fantastic range of fish and sea food for sale, including octopus and squid. By my estimate the people at the fish market were about 50% locals actually buying fish and 50% tourists, with the tourists busy taking pictures of various strange looking fish.
