Blue Skies at Bosham

A real treat this afternoon, ages since I was able to get down to the coast. Warm but wild, wall to wall sunshine. The tide was at a low ebb and we were able to get further out than I've ever been to look back at the village. One of my favourite houses as some of you will recognise, plus the lovely old church. Magic.

I've reduced the number of treatments from 3 to 2 per week, to make life a bit easier. With an extra day to recover each time, should feel up to doing a bit more. Was getting pretty intense. I can take a break any time and finish later, but I kinda want to get on with it as long as I can. Number 10 tomorrow, out of 15.
