Towards Portavadie

Rain on and off most of the day.

We drove South to Tarbert this morning and had a walk with Maeve the Deeround and a walk without Maeve. The walk without Maeve involved lunch at the Gallery Cafe and Chef Shop, and calendar shopping.

Along at the ferry terminal we watched the new ferry Lochinvar come in, and go out. As it was setting off towards Portavadie I got this shot of it almost crossing paths with a fishing boat coming into harbour.

Later we drove North to Kilmartin Glen and had a walk with Maeve round the standing stones, Temple Wood, and the Nether Largie South Cairn.
