Oh Bollards!!

I saw this fallen bollard in Oswestry today. It could have been the wind yesterday, a close encounter with a vehicle or reveller from last night (less likely given the weather). As it's Trafalgar Day today perhaps it received a shot over the bows!

One of my ancestors served on the Victory at Trafalgar, he was press ganged in Bristol so didn't have a lot of say in the matter.
